The
client was a start up company in Stamford, Connecticut. He wanted
a website that was dark and had a film noir / art deco look to it. The
client was very pleased with the first round. The header stayed
but some parts in the body of page changed.
Andrea
Baker Architects
This is an ongoing client of mine. In fact, many of my computer renderings
can be found on this architects site. I was the creative director
on this project and portions were created elsewhere.
I’m
not sure what happened to this client but he definitely fell off the radar. I
kept this in my portfolio because I received a lot of compliments about
it. The client wanted an awe-inspiring image to take up the whole
site. I couldn’t find anything, so I made one up. This
is it. The client loved it and then something happened to him. Who
knows?
This
client wanted a website that looked like the old UPS website. We
took the look and feel of it but definitely made it our own. This
site also employed a lot of Flash elements, such as the spinning boxes
on the left hand side.
Masterson's
Outback
This is one of my favorites. The client told me to “go hog
wild” on the design. He wanted to show a sophisticated rustic
look. He guaranteed he would accept the first design, so I went for it. Needless
to say, the client loved it. I get comments about this piece all
the time. It’s great, isn’t it?
Macie
Jewelers
This client told me that she absolutely loved the Tiffany website and wanted
something that would rival that site in it’s glamour and sophistication. I
get a lot of call for sophistication, by the way. Anyway, this is
what I came up with. Unfortunately, a few months into the web project,
the jewelry store was robbed and eventually closed for good. Too
bad.
This project is currently in development. Again, I was hired of the
basis that I can deliver a sophisticated look. Well, here it is. The
site will incorporate some Flash elements and well as some snazzy rollover
buttons.
