Andrea Baker ArchitectsThis rendering is part of many renderings for this client.  At the start of the project the homeowner wanted a smaller addition, but after seeing the renderings and animations, deciding he wanted more additions done to the house.  A whole new wing was added after initial renderings.

3D Rendering of home that was resurfaced with brick.  The original home was clapboard siding. The architect and owner wanted to explore different siding materials.  This series of renderings were highly beneficial and a great cost savings to the client.

Eglowsky Residence, Sea Cliff, NY
This is was the very first project I did for any architect.  This rendering was based on photos of the original home and supplementary photos of ideas.  No architect’s plans were involved.  The renderings were actually the basis of the architect’s plans.  Proved to invaluable and a cost saving. All done in Max 2.5.
